1. Accuracy of Information

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (child's name, class, school, photo) are accurate. We print exactly what you submit. We are not responsible for errors in information you provide.

2. Custom Products

All name slips are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

3. Photo Usage

By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and consent to it being printed on your name slips. You confirm the photo contains only your child.

4. Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. Payment must be completed before production begins.

5. Delivery

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays due to courier/postal service issues are outside our control. We are not liable for delivery delays.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
